97 flights from Pakistan to the Middle East have been cancelled due to regional tensions.

Today, 97 flights from Pakistan to many Middle Eastern locations have been cancelled due to regional tensions, while 58 flights are anticipated to run.

Aviation sources from Karachi indicate that approximately 25 flights to Doha, Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Bahrain were cancelled, while 13 flights are anticipated to proceed.

In a similar vein, 22 flights from Lahore to places including as Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Doha, and Sharjah have been annulled, whereas seven flights are expected to proceed.

In Islamabad, 26 flights to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, and Sharjah were annulled, but 16 flights continue to operate.

Ten flights from Peshawar to Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Ras Al Khaimah have been cancelled, whereas six flights are anticipated to run.

Simultaneously, five flights from Sialkot to Doha, Dubai, and Sharjah were annulled, whereas four flights are still in operation.

In Multan, six flights to Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Dammam were annulled, while three flights from Faisalabad to Dubai and Sharjah were similarly cancelled. Nonetheless, four flights from these cities continue to operate.

Officials reported that in the last eight days, around 1,300 flights between Pakistan and the Middle East have been cancelled, while around 27,600 flights across the Middle East have been suspended in the previous week owing to the continuous war.

Doha Airport has announced a partial resumption of flight operations commencing today following a week-long suspension.
