A farewell visit to naval headquarters by General Sahir Shamshad Mirza

On Thursday, Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee Chairman General Sahir Shamshad Mirza made a final visit to Naval Headquarters.

He was greeted and had conversations with senior navy officers in one-on-one talks after receiving a ceremonial salute upon arrival.

During the tour, General Sahir Shamshad Mirza visited Admiral Naveed Ashraf, Chief of the Naval Staff, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR). He commended the Pakistan Navy’s strong capabilities to protect the nation’s maritime borders and its operational readiness. He recognized the Navy’s crucial role in protecting Pakistan’s naval borders and guaranteeing maritime security.
