Slovenia and Pakistan sign an MOU to deepen their relationship.

On the fringes of the 4th EU Indo-Pacific Ministerial Forum in Brussels, Slovenia’s DMP and Minister of Foreign & European Affairs Tanja Fajon met with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar.

The two presidents shared opinions on important regional and international issues and talked about the entire range of bilateral relations.

Additionally, they inked an MOU creating the framework for Slovenia and Pakistan to hold bilateral political consultations.

Dar pushed Slovenia to attend the Pak-EU Business Forum in April 2026 and invited Minister Fajon to Islamabad for the first round of consultations.
