Due to security concerns, two trains headed for Quetta were stopped at the Jacobabad station.

At the Jacobabad railway station, two trains bound for Quetta from Karachi and Peshawar were abruptly halted.

Rail services have been temporarily suspended as a result of the Jaffar Express from Peshawar and the Bolan Express from Karachi being stopped in Jacobabad due to security concerns, according to railway officials.
