Once again, Lahore is the second most polluted city in the world.

Lahore has once again been named the second most polluted city in the world, and Punjab’s air quality is still bad despite government efforts.

The Punjab Environment Department’s website states that Lahore’s particle matter levels are 414.

Other cities’ air quality is likewise declining; particle matter levels in Khanewal, Faisalabad, and Multan were 412, 354, and 342, respectively.

With an AQI of 330, Lahore is the second most polluted city in the World Air Quality Index. New Delhi, the capital of India, stands at the top of the list with a particle matter level of 450.
