The Federal Constitutional Court has launched its official website.

The Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan (FCCP) has made important data and resources available to the public on its official website, www.fccp.pakistan.gov.pk.

The website now features a special message from Chief Justice Aminuddin Khan that outlines the institution’s mission and dedication to openness.

Additionally, the Federal Constitutional Court’s judges’ biographies are accessible online.

The cause list for the next judicial week is also now available on the official website, making it easier for litigants, attorneys, and the public to view case schedules.

The introduction is a significant step in improving openness and making judicial information more accessible to the general public.

Aminuddin Khan, the Chief Justice of the Federal Constitutional Court, had earlier stated on Friday that the Constitution will be interpreted with openness, freedom, and integrity and that the defense of fundamental rights is the court’s main concern.

Chief Justice Khan said in his first statement following the constitutional court’s formation that the court’s formation was a significant step toward guaranteeing openness and public access.

He continued by saying that the establishment of this court represented a critical turning point in the nation’s constitutional development.

The FCC CJ reaffirmed the country’s shared dedication to the rule of law and the enduring promise of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan’s Constitution, saying that the court had been given a very delicate and important task.
