General House meetings would be held on roadways, according to the Punjab Bar Council.

The Punjab Bar Council said in a statement that police officers will not be allowed on court property [as of right now]. Punjabi bar organisations are directed to conduct their General House meetings while travelling, and the chairman executive shall get video records of these sessions.

Lawyers will observe a walkout in lower courts today, the statement it added. It added that the IG Punjab is purposefully avoiding meetings with the attorneys’ representatives and that the murderers of the lawyers in Vehari and Jhang have not yet been apprehended.
