Security forces neutralise seven militants in two operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

On Tuesday, Pakistan’s security forces executed two successful operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, resulting in the elimination of seven terrorists linked to an India-supported militant organisation, according to the ISPR.

As reported by the military’s media division, six militants were eliminated during an intelligence-driven operation in Mir Ali, North Waziristan. In the subsequent operation conducted in Spinwam based on verified intelligence, one terrorist was neutralised following a brief gunfight.

The ISPR announced that armaments and munitions were seized from the deceased insurgents. The gang engaged in several assaults on security personnel, law enforcement agencies, and the deliberate assassination of innocent citizens.

The spokesperson stated that the current counterterrorism initiative, guided by the concept of “Azm-e-Istehkam,” is progressing vigorously, with the objective of eliminating foreign-supported terrorism and reinstating enduring stability in the region.
