Bugti instructs the allocation of all resources to manage the fire in the Shirani forests.

On Thursday, Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti voiced apprehension regarding the wildfire that has ignited in the hilly forests of Shirani district.

Sarfaraz Bugti has mandated the deployment of all resources and equipment to contain the Shirani forest fire. He stated that forests are a national asset, and the administration will implement all feasible steps to safeguard precious natural resources.

Sarfaraz Bugti stated that the Levies, Police, Forest Department, and PDMA must promptly initiate a collaborative effort. He emphasised that it is crucial to prevent the propagation of damage at the first stage.

He also directed the PDMA to ensure tight collaboration with the district administration and furnish all requisite assistance for the rescue operation promptly.
