Imaan Mazari’s plea will be heard by the SC on December 11.

Advocate Imaan Mazari, the daughter of former federal minister Shireen Mazari, will have her plea heard by the Supreme Court (SC) tomorrow.

The petition will be heard by a three-member bench led by Justice Hashim Kakar. The bench also includes Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim and Justice Salahuddin Panhwar.

Imaan Zainab Mazari had challenged the trial court procedures in a petition submitted to the Supreme Court.

It is important to remember that Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha had voiced their lack of trust in the District and Sessions Judge who was hearing the contentious Twitter case.
