Maryam Nawaz advocates for enhanced Dutch collaboration in science and agriculture.

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif stated that the provincial government intends to enhance collaboration with Dutch universities and advance cooperative research initiatives.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz convened with the Netherlands ambassador, Robert Jan Siggers, during which both parties concurred to augment Dutch collaboration in commerce, investment, agriculture, higher education, technical training, water management, education, and research. Additional topics of shared interest were also addressed.

Maryam Nawaz conveyed her congratulations to the ambassador on his new appointment, asserting that the Dutch alliance may significantly enhance potato yield.

She stated that the presence of Dutch enterprises in Pakistan enhances investor trust, emphasizing that the relationship between Pakistan and the Netherlands is founded on mutual development objectives.

The chief minister additionally asserted that Punjab offers a favorable environment for investors and conveyed a wish to enhance collaboration between Pakistan and the Netherlands.
