Due to the reduced visibility caused by fog, numerous motorways are closed.

Several cities experienced dense fog, which made it extremely difficult for drivers to see. Motorways M1 from Peshawar to Rashkai, M3 from Faizpur to Darkhana, M4 from Pindi Bhattian to Multan, M5 from Multan to Zahir Pir, and Lahore-Sialkot Motorway M11 were all closed as a result of the fog.

Motorway police have cautioned the public that drivers should closely follow lane discipline in fog since it can result in major accidents.

Since it is safe to travel in fog between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., commuters have been urged to travel throughout the day.

Drivers are advised by a Motorway Police spokeswoman to use fog lights, refrain from speeding, and keep a safe distance from the car in front.

Police have urged people to refrain from making pointless trips and advised them to call helpline 130 for advice or help.
