Tank District will continue to have a curfew from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Tank area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will continue to be under curfew from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

The district administration has announced that the markets in Tank district’s Jandola subdivision would remain closed due to curfew. Additionally, all forms of transportation will be prohibited during the curfew, and traffic on the Kok Qila-Khargi highway will also be prohibited.

According to the notification, it is strictly forbidden to enter the aforementioned highways. In the event of an emergency, travel on the impacted routes is permitted with the consent of law enforcement or security personnel and upon presentation of identification documents and cards.

The warning further specifies that during the curfew, only authorized emergency movements are permitted.

The car should stop 50 meters ahead of the security personnel and everyone inside should get out. The notification further stated that the person in question will be held accountable for the infraction.
