Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar stated that former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif fostered a culture of public service and development-focused politics in the nation.
During a ceremony at the Lahore Press Club on Saturday, Attaullah Tarar stated that the people should see the state of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the governance of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
He stated that development projects named after Nawaz Sharif are present throughout the country, from Karachi to Peshawar and from Gilgit to Gwadar.
He stated that it was an honor to be among respected journalists, noting that his affiliation with journalism and journalists extends back many years.

The information minister stated that animosity was instilled among the youth towards Nawaz Sharif, notwithstanding his advocacy for a politics centered on public service.
He stated that Nawaz Sharif’s name is engraved on plaques of significant development projects nationwide.
He asserted that PTI fostered a culture of character assassination and animosity, noting that such tactics—denouncing adversaries as thieves, godfathers, or employing derogatory language—were uncommon in the past.
He stated that Pakistan possesses considerable significance on the global stage, and international leaders express favorable opinions toward Nawaz Sharif.
