The Federal Shariat Court relocated to the Islamabad High Court

The Federal Shariat Court is now located on the grounds of the Islamabad High Court.

The Islamabad High Court’s premises will now serve as the Federal Shariat Court’s location. On the third floor of the Islamabad High Court building, courtrooms have been set up, and outside the courtrooms are nameplates of the Federal Shariat Court justices.

Sources claim that the Federal Constitutional Court will likewise spend a few days in the High Court.

The Federal Constitutional Court and the Federal Shariat Court were relocated with President Asif Ali Zardari’s approval.
