Iraq and Pakistan promise to strengthen their political and economic connections.

On Wednesday, Dr. Fuad Mohammed Hussein, the deputy prime minister and foreign minister of Iraq, spoke over the phone with Senator Ishaq Dar.
Both presidents emphasized the value of high-level interactions, shared ideas on enhancing bilateral cooperation, and underlined the fraternal ties between Pakistan and Iraq.
According to a news release from the Foreign Office, Ishaq Dar and Dr. Fuad Mohammed Hussein also emphasized their dedication to strengthening involvement in both political and economic matters and fostering interpersonal relationships.
