Elections for the Malir Bar Association are scheduled for today.

Today, Thursday, 1,700 lawyers will cast ballots in the Malir Bar Association’s annual elections at Malir Court.

Haider Bakhsh Ansari, Irshad Ali, Lutfullah Sailro, Sardar Khan Siyal, and Syed Ahmed Ali Shah are running for president in the annual elections of the Malir Bar Association.

Jameela Memon, Karamullah Solangi, Mir Ali Nawaz Jagirani, Mujeeb-ur-Rehman Rajpar, and Shaukat Ali Bhand are the five contenders for the vice presidential position.

Azhar Ali Samar, Faiz Hussain Samo, Mujeeb-ur-Rehman Mashhori, and Shabana Kazmi are running for the position of general secretary; Abdul Samad, Mushtaq Ahmed Rajpar, Nazir Ahmed Gorar, and Saddam Hussain Domki are running for the position of joint secretary.

Imtiaz Ali Mughal, Muhammad Musa Kolachi, and Shiraz Ahmed Bhatti are the three candidates running for treasurer. For the librarian’s position, four contenders are in the race including Iqra Khan, Rubi Ejaz, Sardar Ahmed Khoso, and Zeeshan Ahmed Qazi. In the meantime, 19 people are running to be members of the Managing Committee.
