In a high-level conference in Islamabad, Pakistan and Bahrain reaffirm their naval cooperation.

Rear Admiral Ahmed Mohamed Ebrahim Al Bin Ali, Commander of the Royal Bahrain Naval Force, visited Admiral Naveed Ashraf, Chief of the Naval Staff of the Pakistan Navy, at Naval Headquarters in Islamabad.

When the Bahraini navy head arrived at navy Headquarters, Admiral Naveed Ashraf welcomed him. In keeping with the formal greeting given to the visiting dignitary, a well-groomed unit of the Pakistan Navy honoured him with a Guard of Honour.

Rear Admiral Al Bin Ali honoured the martyrs of the Pakistan Navy and recognised their sacrifices in the service of the country by laying a floral wreath at the Shuhada Monument during the visit.

The two naval leaders met to discuss issues of common interest, with a focus on changing challenges in the maritime sector and regional maritime security. Additionally, both parties examined their current professional interactions and talked about how to improve their bilateral naval collaboration.

The talks emphasised how crucial it is for the Pakistan Navy and the Royal Bahrain Naval Force to maintain their defence cooperation, information exchange, and professional relationship. The two commanders reiterated their dedication to strengthening collaboration in order to further regional maritime security and stability.
