Energy sector advancements are swiftly occurring in Tharparkar, according to CM Murad.

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah announced on Tuesday that advancements in the energy sector are occurring swiftly in Tharparkar, and stated that a water pipeline will transport water to Thar.

During a ceremony, Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said that 1,650 megawatts of electricity produced from Thar coal will be included into the national grid. He stated that Sindh’s public-private partnership initiatives are garnering international prominence.

He additionally stated that the federal government has commended the Sindh government’s public–private partnership unit.

The chief minister described the Nabisar–Vajihar Water Supply Project as a significant accomplishment and one of the largest and most intricate Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in Sindh’s history, asserting that it would provide a dependable and sustainable water supply to Thar coal power plants.
