In the husband’s murder case, the lover received the death penalty and the woman received a life term.

For killing her husband, a district and sessions court sentenced a lady to life in jail and her lover to death.

The case’s decision was made by Judge Nadia Ikram Malik.

The wife, Sania, was fined Rs. 400,000 and given a life sentence by the court. Junaid Bhatti, her boyfriend, received a death sentence along with a Rs. 400k fine.

Sania, the wife, was also given a seven-year prison term for conspiracy and murder in addition to a seven-year sentence for tampering with evidence.

Junaid, her lover, was also fined Rs 10,000 and given a seven-year sentence for breaking into the victim’s home.

Both of the guilty people were moved to Adiala Jail after the verdict.

On April 27, 2025, the case was filed at the Saddiqabad police station.
