President Zardari returns following his tour of Iraq.

President Asif Ali Zardari concluded an official visit to Iraq and arrived in Pakistan on Wednesday.
According to a news release from the President House, the president was sent off at the airport by Dr. Hussein al-Issawi, Chairman of the Najaf Provincial Council.
President Zardari met with the Iraqi president and prime minister during the tour, discussing topics of shared interest.
Additionally, the president met with the governors of Najaf and Karbala, where they discussed ways to improve mutual ties and strengthen bilateral collaboration.
President Asif Ali Zardari visited places of worship in Baghdad, Najaf, and Karbala, where he prayed and showed great respect.
He went to Karbala to see the shrines of Hazrat Abbas ibn Ali (RA) and Imam Hussain (RA).
He said prayers for the peace, harmony, and security of the Muslim Ummah while being accompanied by Governor Dr. Nsayif Jassim Al-Khatabi.
During his visit to Kufa, the president offered Nawafil at Masjid-e-Kufa. Additionally, he paid his homage to the Kufa residence credited to Hazrat Ali Razi Allah-o-Talaa Anho.
