PM’s proposal for talks is rejected by PTI as “hypocrisy.”

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s proposal for talks has been turned down by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
Sheikh Waqas Akram, a spokesman for the PTI, said in a statement released here on Thursday that his party has turned down the Prime Minister’s offer of conditional negotiations.
“They will not negotiate with the incumbent government under any circumstances, and the mandate has been stolen,” he continued, claiming that the Prime Minister’s conditional invitation for negotiations is evidence of deceit and dishonesty.
According to Sheikh Waqas Akram, Mahmood Khan Achakzai and Allama Raja Nasir Abbas have been given permission by the founding chairman to engage in negotiations.
The PTI leader stated that if the government is sincere, it ought to speak with the Movement to Protect the Constitution of Pakistan’s leadership.
“The demand for an apology demonstrates intellectual bankruptcy and political panic,” the spokeswoman said.
Sheikh Waqas Akram claimed that despite court orders, talks with the original chairman are being blocked and that the chairman has been kept in cruel solitary confinement.
He claimed that bogus charges are being brought against PTI leaders quickly, that Form 47 ministers are engaging in contempt of court, and that the judiciary appears to be failing to carry out its directives.
Fake ministers are scared of Imran Khan’s popularity, according to Sheikh Waqas Akram.
According to him, threats, incarceration, and intimidation cannot eradicate public support.
“The government is putting pressure on the judiciary, stifling the media, and paralyzing parliament.” The government should immediately make clear the covert military agreements pertaining to Gaza, he said, adding that oppression is only temporary and that truth and the force of the people would ultimately triumph.
