Due to corruption and power abuse, the FIA fires six officers and sanctions thirteen others.

Constable Asifullah Dutta was removed from service on charges of extortion and illegal searches, while Sub-Inspectors Tasaddaq Hussain and Ahmad Waqar were terminated for conducting illegal raids and making flawed inquiries.
Due to his carelessness and involvement in an unlawful immigration clearance, Technical Assistant Inayatullah was fired.
Furthermore, because they demanded payments during investigations, Inspectors Muhammad Arsalan Masood Khan and Idrees Khan were downgraded in the pay scale stage.
Because Sub-Inspector Sohail Ahmad neglected his official obligations, his promotion was revoked for a year.
Sub-Inspectors Shazma Shabbir, Shabana Shamsheer, Umar Farooq, and ASI Farhan Israr were also subject to two-year increment withholding penalties from the department for obtaining unlawful immigration clearance.

Ghulam Khan, a technical assistant, received a warning for disobeying official directives.
According to the FIA spokeswoman, departmental responsibility serves to maintain the agency’s integrity, openness, and professional standards. Officials engaged in unlawful activity face severe consequences, while those determined to be careless face appropriate punishment.
