PMD predicts rain and snow in the upper areas and chilly, dry weather elsewhere.

According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), the majority of the country will see cold, dry weather during the next 24 hours, with certain regions of Punjab and upper Sindh experiencing fog in the morning and evening.
However, in the country’s higher regions, such as Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, and northwest Balochistan, rain, wind, and thunderstorms are predicted, along with snowfall over hilly areas.
Partially cloudy and chilly weather is predicted for Islamabad, the federal capital, and its environs.
Cloudy conditions with light rain and snowfall are predicted for the following locations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Chitral, Swat, Dir, Kohistan, Shangla, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Buner, Khyber, Bajaur, Kurram, and Waziristan. Conditions in other districts are anticipated to be cold and partly overcast.
The majority of Punjab will see cold, dry weather, with the Pothohar region experiencing partly overcast conditions. Throughout the evening and night, Murree, Galiyat, and the adjacent areas are likely to stay quite cold and partly cloudy, with the possibility of rain and snow. In the morning and at night, patchy fog is predicted in Sialkot, Narowal, Jhelum, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Lahore, Sheikhupura, Okara, Pakpattan, Kasur, Khanewal, Bahawalnagar, Rahim Yar Khan, Khanpur, and Bahawalpur.
The majority of Sindh’s districts are predicted to remain cold and dry, however throughout the morning and evening hours, fog may form in isolated areas over Sukkur, Rohri, Shikarpur, Kashmore, Larkana, Mohenjodaro, and Jacobabad.
Quetta, Ziarat, Chaman, Pishin, Qila Abdullah, Qila Saifullah, Noshki, Harnai, Zhob, Qalat, and Musakhel are all likely to see rain, wind, and thunderstorms in addition to snowfall in Balochistan. Barkhan, Sibi, Loralai, Turbat, Gwadar, Jiwani, Lasbela, Kech, Awaran, Chagai, Panjgur, Khuzdar, Washuk, and Kharan are also anticipated to see rain and thunderstorms.
Cloudy conditions with sporadic rain and snowfall are predicted for Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.
