Six fatalities occurred due to a suicide explosion at a wedding event in DI Khan; the Governor has requested a report.

The fatality count from a suicide bombing at a wedding in Dera Ismail Khan has increased to six, leading Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi to request a comprehensive report on the incident.
An explosion transpired late last night near Qureshi Mor during a wedding at the property of Noor Hassan Mehsud, president of the South Waziristan Contractors Union. At least ten additional individuals sustained injuries in the explosion.
The governor reached out to senior officials after the occurrence and instructed them to perform a meticulous investigation and provide a detailed report promptly. He conveyed profound sadness and lamentation at the loss of invaluable lives and directed authorities to guarantee prompt and optimal medical care for the injured.
According to sources, the injured were swiftly transported to the DHQ Hospital, where numerous individuals continue to get treatment. The police have gathered evidence from the scene and broadened the inquiry, while also documenting the accounts of the injured parties.
Among the fatalities of the suicide attack was Advocate Abdul Majeed Lagari Mehsud. Additional casualties included Waheed Jagri, Rehmanullah, Shehzad, Inayatullah, and a juvenile named Waheed.
