Significant reorganization of Punjab’s bureaucracy; key officials reassigned and appointed.

The Government of Punjab has declared a substantial reorganization within the provincial bureaucracy, entailing the transfer and appointment of numerous senior officials across essential departments.

The Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD) released the official announcement on Wednesday.

Secretary of Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal, Javed Akhtar Mahmood, has been dismissed from his position and instructed to report to the S&GAD, while Saira Umar, Managing Director of the Small Industries Corporation, has been transferred and appointed as Secretary of Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal Punjab.

Mubeen Elahi, DG Wildlife and Parks Punjab, has been reassigned to the position of MD Small Industries Corporation.

Captain (Retd) Muhammad Waseem, formerly Deputy Commissioner of Sargodha, has been reassigned as Director General of Wildlife and Parks Punjab, while Hussain Ahmad Raza Chaudhry has been designated as the new Deputy Commissioner of Sargodha.
