A tragic road accident near Kot Addu claimed the lives of five schoolchildren.

Five children were instantly killed in a horrifying collision between a speeding trailer and two motorcycles near a gas station on Lia Road in the Chowk Sarwar Shaheed tehsil of Kot Addu.

The children were struck by the fast-moving trailer while they were traveling to school.

Rescue crews and City Police Chowk Sarwar Shaheed arrived at the scene after learning of the incident and moved the dead children’s bodies to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital. There is a strong sense of mourning in the area, and police have opened an investigation into the incident.

The two children who passed away were brothers, Abdullah (5) and Abdul Rehman (7). Muhammad Adil (16) also died in the accident, and other victims include brother and sister Abdul Basit (17) and Dua Fatima.

Every child who passed away lived in Chak No. 560.

Residents of the area expressed deep sorrow and rage after the tragic event, calling for strict enforcement of traffic laws to stop tragedies like this one from happening again.
