Forecast of rain and snowfall in Pakistan until February 3; landslide warning issued.

The Pakistan Meteorological Department has predicted rain and snowfall over multiple regions of the country from today to February 3, cautioning that the likelihood of landslides may escalate in mountainous areas during this timeframe.

The Met Office forecasts rain and snowfall in northern Balochistan and northern regions during the coming days, with various areas in Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa also anticipated to see precipitation.

The meteorological department predicts additional rain and snowfall in northern regions.

Precipitation is anticipated in Islamabad, the Potohar region, Punjab, Murree, and the Galiyat.

The government has warned that upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir may see landslides, urging locals and travellers to adopt cautious measures.
