Four terrorists eliminated in a Counter-Terrorism Department operation in Quetta.

A minimum of four terrorists from a proscribed organisation were neutralised during an operation executed by the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) in Quetta on Friday.

As per reports, the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) executed an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in the Saryab Road vicinity of Quetta, resulting in the fatalities of four terrorists during a protracted gunfight with law enforcement authorities.

A CTD spokesperson informed that weapons, hand grenades, and literature of a banned organization were recovered from a compound allegedly under the control of the terrorists.

The CTD spokesperson stated that the entire area has been secured and a search operation is in progress.
