PIA and Air France-KLM negotiate a significant cargo deal to grow the global network.

With effect from January 15, 2026, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) and the international aviation conglomerate Air France–KLM have signed a cargo-sharing agreement.

The deal will give PIA Cargo access to Air France–KLM’s vast worldwide network, expanding the market for Pakistani exports and making it easier for exporters to connect with a single airway bill.

Major hubs including Amsterdam, Paris, Brussels, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, and Düsseldorf, as well as important U.S. cities like New York, Atlanta, and Los Angeles, will be connected to the Air France–KLM network by PIA Cargo via Dubai, Riyadh, and Dammam.

According to officials, the collaboration is a significant step toward enhancing PIA’s cargo capacities and bolstering Pakistan’s trade with foreign markets.
