Leaders of the military and politics decide to fight terrorism together.

To examine Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s overall security situation, a high-level meeting was held at Corps Headquarters Peshawar. Senior civil and military authorities, including the Federal Minister for Interior, the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the National Security Adviser, and the Corps Commander Peshawar, attended the meeting.
Sources claim that the military and political leadership decided to tackle terrorism in a single, coordinated approach.
Mohsin Naqvi, the interior minister, and other stakeholders met with Chief Minister Sohail Afridi in a friendly manner. At the Corps Headquarters, the chief minister and cabinet members also enjoyed lunch.
Honours were given to security personnel and citizens who lost their lives in terrorist attacks during the law and order meeting.
During the meeting, it was determined that Peshawar would host this year’s PSL (Pakistan Super League) matches.
Under the direction of the provincial police and other provincial institutions, the meeting determined that the administrative structure of the province government would be immediately adopted as a model in the Malakand Division. This effective methodology would then be gradually used in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s impacted districts, specifically Khyber, Orakzai, and Kurram.
