Digital property registration is a historic move for Pakistanis living abroad, according to Sharjeel.

“Digital property registration is a revolutionary and historic decision for Pakistanis living abroad,” Senior Sindh Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon stated on Wednesday.

He claimed that Pakistanis living abroad will no longer have any trouble purchasing or selling real estate thanks to the new digital property registration system. The new mechanism will allow Pakistani embassies and missions overseas to complete online sale paperwork.

Pakistanis living abroad would no longer need to physically visit registration offices following changes to the Sindh Registration Act, according to Sharjeel Memon. Facial and biometric verification will be possible using the e-registration system connected to NADRA.

The provincial minister added that Larkana’s agricultural sector will be strengthened by the construction of a contemporary fruit and vegetable market.
