Achakzai declares that a sit-in would take place outside Parliament House today.

Mehmood Khan Achakzai, the National Assembly’s opposition leader, has said that he will begin a sit-in outside Parliament House today (Friday).
Mehmood Khan Achakzai announced on the social media site X, formerly known as Twitter, that a nonviolent sit-in outside Parliament House would start on Friday.
According to Achakzai, the opposition alliance will make its requests during the sit-in and, should those demands not be met, the sit-in protest would go on.
God forbid, the National Assembly’s Leader of the Opposition went on, the administration will be held accountable if the requests are not accepted.
