In Lahore, senior politician Zaeem Qadri’s funeral prayers were said.

On Friday evening, Syed Zaeem Hussain Qadri, a prominent figure in the Awam Pakistan Party, had his funeral prayers delivered at his home on Lawrence Road in Lahore.

At the funeral were political leaders, assembly members, and provincial ministers. Attaullah Tarar, the Federal Information Minister, and Khawaja Saad Rafique also paid condolence visits to Zaeem Qadri’s residence.

At the deceased’s home, Provincial Minister Bilal Yasin and former Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry also paid their condolences to the family.

Maryam Nawaz, the chief minister of Punjab, sent condolences to the family of Zaeem Qadri, and the governor of Punjab also expressed his sadness over his death.
