A Lahore warehouse catches fire, and rescue efforts are in progress.

On Friday, a fire started in a Lahore warehouse, which prompted an emergency response right away.

Rescue crews reportedly raced to the area after hearing of a fire near Barkat Market, near a Shell gas station.

According to rescue officials, the caller first claimed that the fire had started in a residence, but early reports indicate that the facility may have been a warehouse.

There are several emergency vehicles on the scene as fire and rescue efforts continue.

Hours have gone by, and the fire is still not under control.

Sources also disclosed that a significant quantity of chairs were kept within the warehouse, which aided in the flames’ quick spread.

In the Gulberg hotel fire case, the owner is one of six people booked.

Buildings in the vicinity have started to be evacuated due to the emergency situation in order to avoid any unfortunate events.

180 people were rescued after a flash fire in the basement of a nearby hotel in the Gulberg neighborhood of Lahore last month claimed three lives and injured five.

The bodies of the deceased, who were named as Imran, Shehryar, and Riaz, were found at the hotel, according to a spokesperson for Rescue 1122.

Imran and Riaz were both thirty, and Shehryar was twenty-three. To receive care, the injured were brought to the hospital.

Rescue 1122 reports that after the alert, prompt action was taken. The search and rescue effort involved 80 persons, including cops, and 21 emergency vehicles.

The hotel had three basement floors and was a 19-story structure that occupied four kanals.
