Ahead of Ramadan, the Benazir Income Support Program announced higher payouts.

A substantial increase in payments for qualified women has been announced by the Benazir Income Support Program in advance of Ramadan.

Chairperson Senator Rubina Khalid revealed during a live e-court session at BISP headquarters that the Benazir Khawateen Kafalat Program had enhanced the quarterly payment by Rs1,000, making the total amount payable to each recipient Rs14,500.

In order to further assist mothers and children, payments under the Benazir Educational Scholarships and Benazir Nashonuma Programs have also been increased by Rs 500.

Women should receive all of their benefits without any deductions, according to Senator Khalid, who also suggested that anyone having problems call the BISP helpline at 080026477 or stop by the closest office.
