ISPR reports that four terrorists with Indian support were killed in the Lakki Marwat operation.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), security forces killed four militants with Indian support last night in Lakki Marwat District during an intelligence-based operation.
Following allegations of the presence of militants allegedly affiliated with Fitna al Khwarij, an Indian proxy group, the operation was initiated.
The military’s media wing said that throughout the operation, forces successfully engaged the insurgents’ location. A fierce gunfight ensued, during which four militants were killed.
The militants who were killed were found to have weapons and ammo. The people had continued to be actively involved in several terrorist acts in the region, according to the military’s media wing.
To eradicate any further militants thought to be in the area, a sanitization effort is presently underway. The procedure, according to security officials, attempts to guarantee that any lingering risks are removed from the area.
The operation is a component of the current counterterrorism campaign, which is being carried out under the National Action Plan’s Federal Apex Committee-approved “Azm-e-Istehkam” vision. Security forces and law enforcement organizations are still hunting down foreign-sponsored and supported extremists around the nation, according to ISPR.
