Pakistan experiences a historic output spike thanks to an energy push supported by SIFC.

With the help of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), Pakistan has made great strides toward increasing energy production, which is a historic development for the nation’s energy industry.
In order to improve daily output, the Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) is aggressively seeking cooperation with international companies and implementing cutting-edge technological measures.
To install contemporary water injection systems at the Kunnar and Pasakhi oil fields, OGDCL has inked a significant contract with SNF S.A., a French business. According to the deal, the fields’ combined production is anticipated to rise by 3 billion cubic feet of gas and 9 million barrels of oil, bringing in an estimated $460 million in revenue.
The corporation has increased crude oil production by up to 750 barrels by putting advanced technical measures into place. The goal of these projects is to effectively use the extra capacity of established oil resources.
The significant increase in energy production, according to officials, will improve economic stability, foster sustainable growth, and increase national self-reliance.
