Minister Tariq Fazal calls Trump’s acknowledgment a diplomatic turning point for Pakistan.

President Trump’s recognition of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir was praised by Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry on Saturday, emphasizing that it sends a clear message to India and the international community about Pakistan’s growing power and its firm, unwavering position in international diplomacy.

The minister said in an exclusive interview with a local television channel that President Trump’s recognition is a significant step toward enhancing Pakistan’s diplomatic standing internationally.

He claimed that Pakistan is successfully representing the Muslim Ummah in international fora under the direction of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.

He underlined that Pakistan’s diplomatic power has grown and that it now plays a stronger role in promoting the rights and interests of the Muslim population globally.

He was impressed by the close ties that exist between the United States and Pakistan, especially under President Trump.
