The Prime Minister arrives in Qatar for a two-day official visit.

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Doha, Qatar, on Monday for a two-day official visit at the invitation of Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

The Prime Minister was welcomed at King Hamad International Airport in Doha by Qatar’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Khulaifi, Pakistan’s ambassador to Qatar, Muhammad Amir, and diplomatic personnel.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Tariq Fatemi are accompanying the Prime Minister.

During his visit to Qatar, the Prime Minister will conduct bilateral discussions with Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to explore the enhancement of cooperation in economic and energy partnerships, as well as in people-to-people exchanges. The two parties will also deliberate on how to enhance collaboration in trade, investment, infrastructure development, and labor export.

The Prime Minister’s visit signifies the profound fraternal relations between the two nations and underscores their mutual dedication to enhancing multilateral collaboration.
