Guterres expresses profound concern regarding the intensification of violence between Afghanistan and Pakistan, as well as its repercussions on civilian populations, stated his spokesman, Stephane Dujarric.The spokesman stated, “He demands an immediate halt to hostilities and reiterates his appeal for the parties to settle their differences through diplomatic means.”
