The prime gave the Ministry of Foreign Affairs instructions to take all necessary measures to guarantee the safe repatriation of Pakistanis in Iran in light of the changing circumstances there, which were impacted by the US and Israel earlier in the day.

He ordered their safe return to Pakistan through Azerbaijan.

The prime minister also instructed the ministry to get in touch with the Azerbaijani government right away.
