Notices on the PTI founder’s request for a hospital transfer are sent by IHC.

In a plea to transfer Imran Khan, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), to Shifa Hospital for medical care, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) has sent notifications.
Justices Arbab Muhammad Tahir and Khadim Hussain Somro heard the petition at the hearing, notwithstanding the Registrar Office’s objections. Salman Akram Raja, Latif Khosa, and other senior attorneys were present in court.
Latif Khosa asked that the hearing on the hospital transfer request be set for the following day.
Justice Arbab said that the compilation of the paper book will take two to three days. He went on to say that the state had received notification of the transfer request.
The court also informed the attorneys that the central appeal will take place the following week and suggested that they prepare for the hearing.
The judge also ordered that the criminal case against Toshakhana be heard on March 10.
