Amid growing tensions in the Middle East, the ICC postpones a crucial conference in Doha.

Because of the rising tensions in the Middle East, the International Cricket Council (ICC) has postponed a crucial meeting that was supposed to happen in Doha later this month.
The ICC summit was originally scheduled to take place in Doha, the capital of Qatar, from March 25 to 27, according to a report by an Indian cricket website. However, officials decided to postpone the event due to the region’s present security situation.
It was anticipated that delegates from ICC member nations would attend the summit to discuss a number of important issues pertaining to international cricket, such as administrative and strategic concerns.
According to sources, the ICC decided it would be safer to postpone the event rather than go ahead as planned because of the ongoing tensions in various parts of the Middle East.
The cricket governing body has not yet disclosed a new date, but the report indicates that the meeting is now most likely to happen in April.
