The security arrangement for the 21st Ramadan procession is finalized by Karachi police.

A thorough security strategy has been developed by the Karachi Police for the Day of Imam Ali (as), which falls on Ramadan 21.

The chief of police in Karachi claims that there would be impenetrable security measures in place for the day’s principal procession. To uphold law and order, 5,213 police officers and staff will be stationed around the city.

4,244 police officers, 19 SSPs, SPs, 53 DSPs, and 755 NGOs will be assigned to security responsibilities.

Procession routes, entry and exit locations, and return routes will all have special security measures in place, such as route sealing, snap checking, CCTV monitoring, and the use of snipers on tall buildings.

Quick Response Teams (QRTs) would be on the lookout for any emergency, according to Additional IG Karachi. To guarantee security, police officers have also been stationed at important hospitals.

The chief of police in Karachi advised people to report any suspicious behavior right away by calling the “Madadgar 15” helpline and directed personnel to keep the peace and order during the parade.
