Sindh declares that schools will be closed until March 31.

The government of Sindh has decided that all schools in the state will be closed until March 31.
The choice was made because of rising fuel prices caused by the ongoing fighting in the Middle East. After Punjab did the same thing, the government of Sindh has also decided to stop schools from doing their normal work.
He said that from March 16 to March 31, schools will be closed. Sharjeel Inam Memon is the information minister for Sindh. He did say, though, that tests would still be given at the normal times even though the school was closed.
He also said that schools and universities will keep teaching during this time by holding online classes so that students’ studies don’t get interrupted.
A spokesperson for the Sindh Chief Minister also said that a digital monitoring system for schools has been passed by the provincial cabinet. A mobile app and a digital monitor will be used to keep track of student attendance and admissions under the new Student Attendance Monitoring and Redress System policy.
A spokesperson for the new system said that it tries to lower the number of students who miss school and the number of students who drop out. The cabinet was told that within a year, the digital tracking system will be put in place in all of Sindh’s schools.
