Operation Ghazab lil-Haq: Afghan Taliban positions in Zhob are targeted by the Pakistani Army

The Pakistan Army carried out a heavy retaliatory assault against insurgent positions in the Zhob region along the Pakistan–Afghanistan border, security sources stated on Wednesday.

Officials claim that Posts No. 2 and 3, which the Afghan Taliban used in the Zhob District area, were attacked by Pakistani forces. The terrorists were forced to ditch their guns and equipment when they fled their positions due to the rapid and violent response.

According to security sources, Russian-made 73mm HGL-9 heavy grenade launchers were taken from the insurgents’ positions by Pakistani troops.

The current operations, according to officials, are intended to combat militant elements engaged in terrorist activities within the nation. They asserted that these elements are being forced to flee by Pakistani military’ decisive responses.

Operation Ghazab-ul-Haq is still in progress and will continue until its goals are fully met, according to security officials.
