A land slide blocks access to Gilgit-Baltistan’s roads.

Gilgit-Baltistan’s road links to other parts of Pakistan have been cut off by heavy rain and floods.

Officials said that rain and landslides had closed parts of the Karakoram Highway in Upper Kohistan, stopping all traffic.

A lot of people and cargo cars are stuck, which is causing a lot of problems.

Rescue and repair work are being done by the government to get the roads open as soon as possible.

Officials in the district reported that 60 passengers who were stuck have been moved safely to a temporary shelter.
