Jirak is opened by Pakistan as a regular border crossing with Iran.

According to a notification from the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Pakistan formally designated Jirak in Panjgur district as a normal border crossing with Iran on Friday, permitting the flow of people and commercial products.

By modifying the SRO of 1983, the notification added serial number 26 to the schedule of SRO 102(I)/83.

According to officials, the decision has been put into effect right away and is anticipated to facilitate travel, enhance trade, and encourage business activity in border regions.

The Jirak border crossing will now function on a regular basis, offering Pakistan and Iran a formal route for both business and passenger transit.
