Ipsos, a global organization, recognizes aid provided at Ramadan bazaars

The public assistance provided in the Ramadan bazaars set up throughout Punjab during Ramadan has been acknowledged by the international organization Ipsos.

33.8 million people visited Sahulat bazaars during Ramadan, whereas 46 million people attended Ramadan bazaars, according to an Ipsos survey.

The research states that 1.6 million individuals visited Ramazan bazaars and 5.2 million people profited from convenience on-the-go units.

Every year, 189 million people visit the Sahulat Bazaars in Punjab, according to Ipsos. Prices in the Sahulat Bazaars were lowered by up to 40%, giving the population immediate respite.

According to the research, food and drink goods were sold in Sahulat bazaars at a pricing that was 18% less than the DC-notified rate.

According to the report, the public has benefited from relief of Rs. 73 million from the DC rate and Rs. 1.1 billion from the open market pricing.
